Are your prices with or without VAT?
All prices on this site exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
How does the volume discount work?
The price per tee depends on how many are in your basket, and all sizes and colours count together. From £7.95 for 1–4 tees down to £4.95 at 100+ and £4.75 at 250+. The discount is applied automatically, no code needed. Full price list on the BP220 page.
Do I need a trade account?
No. Everyone pays the same prices, from one tee upwards.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Choose Bank Deposit at checkout and you'll get our bank details by email. We dispatch as soon as the payment arrives. Need a pro-forma invoice first? Email hello@piat.co.uk.
Delivery
When will my order ship?
The next working day after you order, from our warehouse in Barnsley. You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves us.
How much is delivery?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £3.95, or Tracked 24 from £5.45. Tracked 48 is free on orders of £150 or more ex VAT. Full rates in our delivery policy.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not through the website at the moment. Email us for a quote.
The tee
What exactly is the BP220?
A heavyweight blank T-shirt: 220 GSM, 100% cotton, made at one mill in Uzbekistan. Black and white, sizes S to 4XL. Measurements are in the size table on the product page.
Is it in stock?
Our homepage shows live stock for every colour and size. If it says none, it's none.
Can I try it before ordering in bulk?
Yes. Order a sample pair, one black and one white, and we'll take the cost off your first order of 100 or more.
Bulk and custom orders
How do I order 100 or more?
Use the Bulk page: enter quantities for every size on one screen and add them to the basket in one go.
Can you make a colour you don't stock?
Yes, from 500 pieces per colour. We have them made at the mill and delivered via Barnsley. Your own neck labels can be sewn in at the factory at no extra cost. Ask for a quote on the Bulk page.
Returns
Can I return tees?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, undecorated and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we got it wrong. Details in our returns policy.
Something arrived faulty or wrong.
Email hello@piat.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll replace it or refund you in full, postage included. Please don't print on an item you think is faulty.
