Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders ship from our warehouse in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, by Royal Mail. Every parcel is tracked.

When we dispatch

We dispatch orders on the next working day after you place them. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You'll get an email with your tracking number when the parcel leaves us.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.

Free Tracked 48 delivery on orders of £150 or more (ex VAT).

Delivery times are Royal Mail's targets from dispatch, not guarantees. Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland may take a day or two longer. For the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or anywhere outside the UK, email us for a quote.

Bulk and factory orders

Orders of 100+ pieces can be bought on the Bulk page. Pallet delivery and factory orders of 500+ pieces per colour are quoted separately.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email hello@piat.co.uk with your order number. We'll deal with Royal Mail and send a replacement or refund at our cost.

Ownership and risk

The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. They become your property once we have received full payment.
